: : Board MemberPaul B. Breslow, Ph.D. Paul currently develops and drives the core analytic engines for PV system design optimization, production estimation, and financial modeling for the large scale commercial solar PV integrator, EI Solutions. He also supports and guides the sales and marketing teams in project and territory development. Paul was previously the Business Development Manager for the 3 Phases Energy Services Onsite Division. There, he developed a proprietary solar PV energy output and project finance model for use by the sales and development teams, and initiated key business development efforts. Prior to 3 Phases, Paul cofounded e2d, a renewable energy consulting company focused on solar and wind project and market feasibility. Paul has a BSE, MSE and PhD in Mechanical Engineering and MBA coursework from Tulane University in New Orleans, where he focused on electricity demand forecasting and renewable energy modeling. He is LEED trained and EIT certified
